Three AI Visibility Tools With White-Label Reporting

Zumi ranks first for agencies that need white-label reporting delivered as branded exports, not merely a data connector. AI Peekaboo and Scrunch also offer branded client-delivery paths, but their reporting models require more plan or implementation scrutiny. As of October 2026, the ranking weighs the delivery method, client separation and current price together.

The short answer

Zumi’s 2026 pricing and agency pages make it the clearest direct fit for agencies that need branded exports and multiple client workspaces. AI Peekaboo offers white-label reports from $100/month, while Scrunch supports API-led white-label outputs. These are the three ai visibility tools with white-label reporting that have both a stated delivery path and a current price.

The shortlist

  1. 1ZumiBest for native branded exports
  2. 2AI PeekabooBest configurable branded-report option
  3. 3ScrunchBest for API-led client delivery

How we ranked them

  • Whether the provider describes branded reports or exports, rather than only a dashboard
  • Whether separate client brands can be managed in one agency account
  • Whether the reporting route has a current price
  • Whether the public material identifies a practical access or delivery model

Best for API-led client delivery
White-label delivery
API-led white-label outputs
Client structure
Unified multi-client workspace

$500/month, Agency Core

Scrunch wins for agencies that intend to use an API to power their own dashboards and white-label client outputs.

Strengths

  • Agency materials describe multi-client workspaces and access controls.
  • Scrunch says agencies can use its API to power their own dashboards and fully white-label outputs.
  • Agency Core has a current $500/month price.

Limitations

  • The public agency material does not state that Agency Core includes every white-label option.
  • The white-label route is API-led, so it can require more implementation work than a branded export.

How to choose

  1. 1

    Choose the delivery surface first

Pick branded exports if account managers need a report ready for a client meeting. Pick an API or connector workflow only when your agency already has reporting templates and technical ownership.

  2. 2

    Separate brands before adding seats

A client workspace should isolate prompts, competitors, reporting and access. Do not treat a list of brands in one dashboard as equivalent to a separate client environment.

  3. 3

Check what the client can open

Confirm whether a client receives a PDF, a branded share link, a read-only dashboard, a login, or a file export. Each creates a different support and access model.

  4. 4

    Confirm the commercial boundary

Ask whether branding, exports, share links, extra workspaces, API access and the engines your clients need are included in the quoted plan.

A dashboard can be shareable without being white-label

Native white-label delivery means the report or export carries the agency identity. A configured workflow means the provider supplies the data, while the agency creates the branded reporting layer.

OtterlyAI’s 2026 help centre says its interface, branding and URLs cannot be white-labelled, although Standard and Premium include a Looker Studio connector. Peec’s 2026 agency materials similarly describe branded client reporting through Looker Studio, CSV, API or MCP workflows.

Before deciding which delivery model is sufficient, establish the evidence your client reports need to preserve with an AI citation tracking standard.

Separate workspaces prevent client-reporting errors

A multi-client platform should separate each client’s prompts, competitors and reporting view. Zumi describes isolated client workspaces, AI Peekaboo assigns each brand its own prompts, competitors and dashboard, and Scrunch describes access controls within a multi-client workspace.

If your portfolio includes several brands, compare the operating model alongside the reporting mechanism in multi-brand AI visibility platforms.

Five questions to settle before an agency contract

Ask these questions before you sign:

  1. Does white-labeling apply to PDFs, exports, share links and dashboards?
  2. Does each client have an isolated workspace?
  3. Can clients see only their own data?
  4. Which export formats are included?
  5. Is the required reporting capability included in the plan you are buying?

Those answers determine whether the platform supports a repeatable client-delivery process or simply gives your team another dashboard to rebuild each month.

The delivery mechanism matters more than a generic white-label badge. A branded PDF or export is different from a Looker dashboard your team must build, and both are different from a shareable vendor-branded dashboard.

Use the matrix to identify the reporting model before comparing prompt allowances or engine coverage.

Three agency delivery models at a glanceA three-column comparison of Zumi, AI Peekaboo and Scrunch, showing each provider’s branded delivery method, client structure and starting price.

How we built this list

We ranked tools only when their current 2026 materials named both a paid plan and a white-label delivery path. Zumi’s pricing and agency pages describe branded exports. AI Peekaboo’s agency page prices white-label reports from $100 per month. Scrunch’s agency materials describe API-led white-label outputs and a $500/month Agency Core plan.

A data connector is useful, but it is not automatically a client-ready white-label report. For example, OtterlyAI says it has no native white-label option and recommends Looker Studio for agency-branded dashboards. Peec also describes a Looker, API and MCP reporting workflow rather than a pre-branded native client dashboard.

Frequently asked

Zumi is the clearest native option in this comparison. Its 2026 agency information says reports and exports carry the agency’s logo and colours, with white-label reporting included on Starter, Growth and Enterprise agency plans.

OtterlyAI says it does not offer native white-labeling for its interface, branding or URLs. Agencies can use its Looker Studio connector to build branded reporting, but that is a reporting workflow rather than a rebranded OtterlyAI product.

Yes, but the operating model differs by provider. Zumi describes separate client workspaces, AI Peekaboo gives each brand its own prompts, competitors and dashboard, and Scrunch describes a unified workspace with multi-client management and access controls.

Ask whether the client sees the vendor’s branding, whether branding applies to PDFs, exports and links, who can access each client workspace, how data is exported, and whether the required capability is included in the quoted plan rather than sold separately.
